Interpretation technology
for multilingual events
Interpreter booths, simultaneous technology and receivers for events in Berlin.
When every word counts: we equip your conference with sound-insulated interpreter booths, professional consoles and crystal-clear audio transmission. Rental, setup and support from a single source, straight from Berlin.
Our interpretation technology at a glance
Everything a multilingual event needs, to rent from a single source: planned, set up and supported.
Interpreter booths
Sound-insulated Audipack booths to ISO 4043 with ventilation, working light and a clear view of the stage. We plan the positions to suit your room and set everything up.
Receivers for your guests
Each guest simply selects their language channel on the receiver and hears the interpretation crystal clear over headphones. We handle handing them out and collecting them back.
Consoles & transmission
Professional interpreter consoles and interference-free transmission, cleanly integrated into our conference and sound technology.
Person guidance systems
For factory tours, guided walks and small groups: mobile transmitters and receivers from our inventory, also as a whisper system for interpreting on the move.

Frequently asked questions about interpretation technology
The most important answers for your planning. We are happy to clarify anything else in a conversation.
How many interpreter booths do I need?
As a rule of thumb: one booth per target language. The floor language itself needs no booth. If, for example, German is spoken and translated into English and French, you need two booths.
How many interpreters work per language?
Usually two per booth, taking turns roughly every 20 to 30 minutes. For very short sessions one interpreter can be enough, and for long conference days three are common too.
Do you also arrange interpreters?
Yes, gladly. On request we put you in touch with experienced simultaneous interpreters from our network. They are booked directly, and in parallel we take care of all the technology.
How much space do the booths need?
Allow a good two square metres of floor space per booth plus some room to move behind it, along with a clear view of the stage. Just send us your room plan and we will find the best positions.
Does the translation also work in a livestream?
Yes. We feed the interpretation directly into your livestream, so remote guests can follow the event in their language too. Stream and technology come from a single source with us.
The lean alternative: AI simultaneous translation
For conferences, town halls and specialist events we also offer AI-powered live translation: subtitles and natural AI voices in over 90 languages, entirely without booths and significantly cheaper. We advise you honestly on which solution suits your event.
